Berry Oat Parfait

A simple and easy snack that has layers of berries, yoghurt and toasted oats.


½ cup Creamoata® berry muesli or triple berry granola

1 cup vanilla yoghurt

¼ cup fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

Toasted coconut flakes to garnish (optional)

1 tsp honey

¼ cup mixed nuts (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)



  1. Combine honey and vanilla yoghurt together.
  2. Layer the muesli or granola, yoghurt, mixed nuts and fresh berries in a jar.
  3. Top with berries and toasted coconut flakes.
