Breakfast Berry Oat Smoothie

Have a berryful start to your morning with this delightful smoothie packed full of berries.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Creamoata® Smoothie Oats or Creamoata® Rolled Oats

1 cup almond milk

½ cup frozen berries

3 Tbsp honey

⅓ cup vanilla yoghurt

¼ cup ice

 

METHOD

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Take with you as on-the-go breakfast for those busy mornings.
